BBS Breckland Building Services have created many feature elements on properties for customers who may want just a little extra space or simply to upgrade the aesthetics of their existing home by adding some feature elements. Some projects we have completed include construction of a new porch boot room to an old 1600's cottage that was originally constructed from old ship timbers. The customer had damp problems throughout and once these were mitigated they decided they wished to cosmetically improve the overall exterior by adding a cladding surround over a brink plinth to blend it into the new porch extension. This customer also asked BBS to carry out improvements and repairs to another one of their properties which involved taking down and rebuilding an unsafe porch with piers and re roofing the perished roof re utilising the existing tiles where possible. Other property detail examples include outdoor entertainment areas, feature walls and retaining walls for uneven garden levels.
